I would have given no stars if possible. Have been using their platform and service for a few years, mainly for laundry purpose. For whatever reason their service are going downhill, especially the delivery service. I have not received my laundry till date and have been told time and time again that it will be delivery tonight. But still not here. The CS mention that they are currently upgrading their system and it's bad. Even the staff are saying it bad. I have no confidence in them anymore.
