No doubt in the quality of the scrubs they provide....but if they could be more accurate with their updates on shipping and sending the items within the mentioned time that they claim it would have been better

It usually takes around 7 days for embroidery work, so you'll need to wait a bit. After that, you'll start receiving updates such as "Shipment Confirmed" and "Fulfilled." The order status updates automatically. Delay is there, but after a week there is updates, and they pick up calls. Got my updates from that. Also, the Eco Flex scrubs are really comfortable!

The worst customer service as well as worst app I had placed a scrub order with kanya, and I made the payment too basically prepaid order they haven't delivered the order at all, but on the app it’s showing Delivered I raised a complaint, and now they keep saying tomorrow, tomorrow' every day. I have also raised a complaint, but they are still taking every single thing lightly....after that they are ignoring the calls.all have toh take this matter seriously bcz they are eating up our money

I have ordered my scrubs 20 days ago and still haven't received. They haven't refunded my amount and no attempt for delivery has been made and my order was automatically returned without even reaching out to me. Never choose Knya
