I have been having difficulty using KoboCollect since I downloaded it. I have uninstalled and reinstall, uninstall and reinstall yet no changes. This is the response I have been getting. Seriously, I have been using this app for the past 4 years. But this time around, I can't log in as usual. Whenever I select Enumerator. Instead of taking me forward, it won't but taking me back to the fresh page

Kindly include Serial Number column or "Next" navigation option in the form. It's very difficult to cross-check the data without these features.
