★★★★★ I love this photo printer at first printed a lot of pictures now I can't print anything I put new ink cartridges in I open new printer paper but won't print. Oh I got one print then nothing. I am right now Uninstaller and then reinstall the printer to see if I can reset it? I don't know what else to do. I have a new grandson and one on the way. I need this printer it is only less than 2 months old! 😩 reinstall will only go to 99% won't fully load!

★★☆☆☆ There is a "new firmware available" that ends up as "update failed" when I try to update it. This app doesn't work anymore. I fixed the situation. I uninstalled this app, and installed "KODAK Photo Printer" instead. It also had an update when I first tried it, which scared me, haha. But the update worked with that app, and I was able to print my photos again! (Not my idea. I first read this suggestion on another review here.)

★★☆☆☆ Requires a firmware update and won't update. I can not print photos now. It's very frustrating. Please fix
