This mobile app is so poor & disappointing that the asset details added were deleted automatically when the app was installed for the first time and used for few weeks. After uninstalling and installing the app again, asset details could not be added after repeated attempts. The customer care executives have also failed to address this. It's of no worth.

They are giving worst service ...I purchased koel 15 kv generator and generator stop working in 1 week i complaint this thing to the local dealer so many times but no one responds....yesterday I put my complaint on thier customer care no. buy still no response ...........I suppose to buy 1 more 5kv generator but now I will never choose koel and also suggest people not to buy this company generator
