★★☆☆☆ This app requires incredibly excessive permissions for what it needs to do, and it doesn't even work. Calls from the intercom never reach my phone, and it doesn't even open doors. The "smartphone key" does not work either. It must constantly show a service notification and bugs you about "not enabled features" while everything is turned on - it's just unable to detect the LTE connection. The only thing this app is good for is creating a new key code every two weeks and draining your battery.

★★☆☆☆ Very poorly designed. No thought given to this app. They did not even do basic testing. I downloaded it and am prompted to enter a username and password, but it is *impossible* to register on the app. So where do I get a username or register? The owners of my building emailed me with a link which just takes me to another Kone page with a picture of a building on it and *nothing* else. How CAN I REGISTER then? I would prefer a traditional fixed intercom.
