Please improve the responsiveness of the UI, the video call, screen disappear, or it is meant to hide? Only video from doctor I see, so I'm confused if the doctor can see me haha

Have been waiting in the chat consultation for 20 minutes with no one responding. Even support chat is not working. When you miss replying for a few minutes, they automatically close the chat, so you have no choice but to monitor it religiously. There's no way to cancel the session and ask for a refund. Very poor service.

The doctor canceled or didn't accept my appointment, and now I didn't get a refund Update: I did send an email it said it will have a reply within 24 to 48 hours, and it's been 4 days. This company steals money another review say that it's been a year, and they have not gotten a refund. Thieves!!!!!
