If the doctor don't accept the booking for so many days, it will only get cancelled on the appointment day wat da hell! So you'll end up wasting your days waiting for something that will be cancelled plus It's so freakin hard to get your money back, but they charged you real time. If there's zero star, I'd give it to them for sure!! REFUND ME THE MONEY!! ITS's BEEN 5 DAYS NOW

Scam. On ur first try, they reply fast and the doctor prioritize u. the next time, they put you on hold. You wait 30 minutes til a doctor respond to you. Doctor asks, you reply, and wait another 15-30minutes to reply to you. Every reply takes them 10-30mins. To reply. There is no any way to ask for refund once you sent payment. This company is a scam. Edit: They reply after 50 minutes and become very rude to you when they finally reply. Uninstall this and find another better app.
