If only I could give a negative star, I want to get a Medical Certificate and already paid my consultation and MC fee, then the app lags and I cannot enter the waiting room for consultation, a minute later it notifies me that the consultation ended successfully, I didn't even talk or chat the doctor, I want a refund of this, this is beyond scam. You paid for consultation yet no consultation due to fault in their app and still charge the costumer.

The doctor canceled or didn't accept my appointment, and now I didn't get a refund Update: I did send an email it said it will have a reply within 24 to 48 hours, and it's been 4 days. This company steals money another review say that it's been a year, and they have not gotten a refund. Thieves!!!!!
