It doesn't work at all!!! Did all the things I was told to do, green
checkmark was on and everything but never get my video. Filed the report
and emailed them for several times and finally get their reply saying they
experienced techincal issue at that day and the record system didnt work!
Giving so many excuses. I think all the attraction should stop using them.

zipline. It was very disappointing.

I followed all the instructions on the app but I haven't got the video. Its
been 3 weeks. I filed the ticket like they asked me to with the user
specific code. But there is no response from the team. I don't know how I
can recover it. We didn't take any other videos with the hope that we will
get videos through this app. It was disappointing to not find them.
