This app neither registers nor logins to my account. I have purchased a lot of ebooks from KopyKitab. I am not able to access my library in KopyKitab. I have tried many times to contact KopyKitab through email and WhatsApp. Unfortunately, there is no response. A lot of money is wasted. The management of KopyKitab should understand that money is not grown on money plants.

Worst app, never loads properly, takes too much time to load, always hangs on mobile and desktop version, the worst internet optimization, any other application or website in my mobile or desktop optimizes internet at it's fullest but when I use kopykitab app or website the internet just vanishes. I tried to watch YouTube video at 4k on the tv and using kopykitab at the same time but still the internet vanishes but does not vanish from the tv, the 4k video is still going on
