5 stars for Krak. Beautiful card and great UI. I recently started using the Krak app, and I have had absolutely no issues so far. The platform is well-designed, easy to navigate, and has a great UI. It makes managing money straightforward and allows you to earn nice cashback rewards. I just got my Krak crypto debit card in the red coral color, and it looks so good. It is a life-changing setup for end-to-end banking. Will absolutely recommend it to anyone looking for a better financial app. 💯

I've really enjoyed using the app, and I've accrued a fair amount of BTC rewards. I love how easy it is to transfer to my portfolio and back. However, I really dislike how the salary match is only for people who earn more than £2500 a month after tax. It's not clearly stated, and it discriminates between those of a lower economic position. I'm fine if there is a transferring threshold, e.g, an accumulation of all transfers in a month exceeding £2500 triggers the match.

I don't know why my account got banned and they did not give Me actual reason, so I have some money in krak like it's been a month still I did not get the money the response is slow after 10 days they respond every mail but krak said that your amount has withdrawn but actually it did not came in my account If my account has been deleted how can I contact them emergency like will I get my money.

Kraken is a scam app they collect my $950 wire transfer paid to Payward Interactive and refused to credit my $950 for 6 days after they restricted my account and hold my $950, don't use this app be careful out there.

2% cashback is brilliant for the first month but after that, there's not much use unless you have £50,000 lying around to maintain the 2% rate. Given that krak is not FSCS protected, so who in their right mind would want to leave 50k in the account. It's not reasonable. Trading 212 provides 1.5% cashback with no balance requirement (albeit a £15 cap/m). Thus, I'll have to uninstall krak sadly. If your cashback eligibility rules were sensible, it'd be a 5* app.
