I had a very poor support experience with Munify. After successfully verifying my account, I tried to send two wire transfers to my USD account. Both transfers were rejected and returned by the receiving bank despite me checking the account details several times. I first contacted Munify on September 10 and also tried the in-app support chat. I was eventually told that the issue could only be handled by their Compliance team and was given their email address. 35 days and still no response...
