Added rewards to wallet, but cannot get them in my wallet. Shows them but when opened says I don't have enough smiles. Just lost 80 smiles due to app not working. Now looks like I will lose 400 more!🤬

Halp! It was working the day before yesterday. There's an offer on donuts (yesterday and today) and now my app doesn't work. No donuts for me... 😥 Open the app, it just shows a black screen. After maybe 30/50 seconds it flashes to gray screen...but then returns to black screen. No buttons. No text. I give up shortly after that. (have uninstalled and reinstalled etc.) Have cleared cookies and cache. Have uninstalled and reinstalled. I'm in contact with CS by email.

Pointless app that goes black screen. Website has no assistance and no one to contact. Twitter page doesn't accept messages. Basically no humans go help. Tried logging into my account I've had for years to retrieve birthday donut, I logged in online. Then it said make an account. How can I make an account when I've already signed in? App went black screen and website is just as useless. Gave up on birthday donut. Absolutely nowhere to request assistance either. Get a Greggs donut instead
