I usually don’t have a sweet tooth but once in a while the cravings hit, and it’s best fixed with a Krispy Kreme. Just one and then I’m good again. I pre-order on the app and pick up a box and bring it to the office. Everyone loves me, and I can get my fix haha I like that it shows calories and all, so I can compare, and their bundles actually do save a lot of money, and you can use their rewards' system as well

I can never log in. I receive emails from them to my Gmail account, but when I try logging in, it says they can't find an account with my address. I previously used the Facebook login, but not when I try, it just loops back to the login page. I tried resetting my password but when I click the "Reset password" button, it says it's unable to reset password. It's been like this since last year, so I gave up using the app and just forget that they have rewards. Will go to the local mom-and-pop shops.

The app itself works fine for me when I want to order donuts at full price, but the stores near me never accept my rewards codes or offer the products we get coupons for. I wish the app offered rewards for my region.

They keep changing things with the app, and I keep losing out on my free dozen. It has already happened twice, so it cost me 2 dozen. I called in, and they promised to look into it and did nothing. I never got a response on any fix or anything.
