Let's be honest. This is not bad at ALL. I live near a Krispy Kreme, and me and my friends check this app all the time just to see if the hot light's on. Also their donuts are tough. 5 stars

Issues with app constantly. Sign in and biometric won't save. Standing in line, opps I have to sign in again... ugh! Uninstall, update, restart, over it. Says I have 2 available rewards, only 1 is visible/clickable. Really trying because it's Krispy Kreme, but I can't redeem things offered? Homemade donuts by Mr. Troung is right around the corner. Krispy Kreme is 20 min away by the mall. Annoying 😑

Impossible to order specialty or seasonal doughnuts. Always says Out of Stock. Now can't even add the order to cart. Just spins. Like someone else said, when you order ahead for pickup, they just wait until you get there to fill the order. No. The point was for me to grab the order and leave. I ordered ahead specifically, so it would be ready when I arrived. Krispy Kreme hasn't responded to any reviews in years. Guess they don't care, which is evident with the poor app UX.

Why not have a login via phone number option or a reminder providing the sign-up method?? I used stupid facebook originally which app didn't mention when I attempted to sign on with email until it tried to have me register a NEW ACCOUNT! LUCKY IT MATCHED MY PHONE NUMBER! Also... ZERO STARS for your Pokémon promo! Sold out as soon as you opened!?!?! Time to fire your marking department as they cost your company loss in sales!
