I usually don’t have a sweet tooth but once in a while the cravings hit, and it’s best fixed with a Krispy Kreme. Just one and then I’m good again. I pre-order on the app and pick up a box and bring it to the office. Everyone loves me, and I can get my fix haha I like that it shows calories and all, so I can compare, and their bundles actually do save a lot of money, and you can use their rewards' system as well

I can never log in. I receive emails from them to my Gmail account, but when I try logging in, it says they can't find an account with my address. I previously used the Facebook login, but not when I try, it just loops back to the login page. I tried resetting my password but when I click the "Reset password" button, it says it's unable to reset password. It's been like this since last year, so I gave up using the app and just forget that they have rewards. Will go to the local mom-and-pop shops.

Issues with app constantly. Sign in and biometric won't save. Standing in line, opps I have to sign in again... ugh! Uninstall, update, restart, over it. Says I have 2 available rewards, only 1 is visible/clickable. Really trying because it's Krispy Kreme, but I can't redeem things offered? Homemade donuts by Mr. Troung is right around the corner. Krispy Kreme is 20 min away by the mall. Annoying 😑

Can't get it to let me submit online orders or credit the $3 off and order for filling out a survey
