The app logged out itself, u have to go to the bank to login again. Worst banking app in Thailand

The IT department needs to improve. The app doesn't work and when you try to look for a solution i.e. go into the branch to resolve, the banker tells you the IT dept is not customer facing and there is no way to contact the IT dept to resolve the issue. Basically the IT dept hide behind the bankers with no accountability for the problems related to the app

The bank can't open the Krungthai app. The staff of bank can't do. Error no.30410. The staff of bank said tome to reset phone. So, I did. But It's not working

From 5* to zero! Stopped working, with update on Aug 20th. Error below. Alert Krungthai NEXT has detected that your device has been modified Libraries Tampering. This may increase the risk of the attack from hacker. For your security, we will temporarily block your access to Krungthai NEXT on this device. Please log in with a safe device. - Upgrade to Android 16 One UI 8.5. Did not help on SAMSUNG S25 Ultra (latest security level) - NEXT App update May 2026 not working. It's time to leave KTB.
