The bank can't open the Krungthai app. The staff of bank can't do. Error no.30410. The staff of bank said tome to reset phone. So, I did. But It's not working

I can't even use the app tbh, I'm a tech guy, so I always have developer mode on but gosh, not allowing any use with developer mode on is rather stupid

The app on Android gives many session expired messages and usually works, but now it does it whilst you scan a QR code, and then it logs you out. As a foreigner being logged out means having to go to a branch and re-register. I did that in the morning (01/10/26) and they fixed it but in the afternoon I tried to scan QR to pay, same thing, logged me out again. I can't keep going to a branch to fix KTB's issues. Look at other banks instead.

After accidentally logging out, I can't log back in easily; it only shows error 30410 and forces me to go to the nearest branch. Every time I have to go to the bank after I log out?

The IT department needs to improve. The app doesn't work and when you try to look for a solution i.e. go into the branch to resolve, the banker tells you the IT dept is not customer facing and there is no way to contact the IT dept to resolve the issue. Basically the IT dept hide behind the bankers with no accountability for the problems related to the app
