The only thing that would make this app better would be Wi-Fi connectivity

Pairing with the machine was a nightmare, first off buttons don't render
properly during the pairing process, I worked out via Android debugging
options that those buttons were being squashed into a single orange line.
Cutting a long story short, to fix this I had to drop my phone resolution
(this continues to be required when I want to re-pair). After that debacle
I found the app easy enough to use. I was surprised that I cannot simply
request hot water in any increment and have found that generally I need to
restart the app after periods of inactivity else it fails to connect.

Can't connect the app try everything and different phones contact app by imail and Krupp on Friday still waiting for an answer

Bluetooth not remaining active after the coffee machine stops. Phone is paired with the machine but not an active BT connection. Update: it is an app problem, if I register 2 devices/phones for pairing with the coffee machine if the first one connected is not closed completely from the phone apps background the second device won't connect. It will be great to change the pairing mode to disconnect after 15 minutes of inactivity to solve this problem.

There is zero chance of me connecting this app to my Evidence EA892D. There is no setting on the coffee machine to turn Bluetooth on or off. The 'location' part of the app always says disabled. Believe me it's turn on.
