Hurray, finally I can connect all the robots in one app! I'm missing just one function, and it is to modify the generated map. Robot somehow creates empty spaces, where there is some furniture, but it can clean there. Or update the map with each cleaning. It doesn't go under the bed as it is an empty space in the map.

I can't even install the application now, starting from 10 of May 2026. Previously it worked ok. Now the connection with the robot is impossible. I wrote the email to the support center. Hope they will be helpful. Otherwise, I don't know how to use the robot Somehow I get back my robot, and now it is ok. Suppose that was help from the support center. Thanks

This app is just awful. Bugs everywhere. 1) if I want to clean a couple of rooms from my main map during the next cleaning, my robot goes crazy, and I can't do anything with it. 2) if the map was drawn and there was an object on the floor during this, the robot never finishes that area during the next cleaning. It's ugly. Money is wasted. If you ever decide to buy a vacuum cleaner of this brand, just order one that is half the price from AliExpress and it will do much better.

Starting robot never works. Always resets to auto. App looks nice, does not crash but also does not really work with the robot update: now I need account. For a vacuum cleaner? Rowenta never again.

All was working well until today, when the app could not connect to the robot. I logged out the app to try and refresh it - and now the first step to logging in 'No longer exists', and help links direct to a Salesforce login page. Not exactly the user experience I wanted, and a real shame - I love the robot itself, it's a great product. Severely disappointed by the app today (and until it's fixed, if it ever is)

The app stopped working today, the start button leads me to an error "URL not found". I can't access my robot anymore.
