I can't even install the application now, starting from 10 of May 2026. Previously it worked ok. Now the connection with the robot is impossible. I wrote the email to the support center. Hope they will be helpful. Otherwise, I don't know how to use the robot Somehow I get back my robot, and now it is ok. Suppose that was help from the support center. Thanks

Hurray, finally I can connect all the robots in one app! I'm missing just one function, and it is to modify the generated map. Robot somehow creates empty spaces, where there is some furniture, but it can clean there. Or update the map with each cleaning. It doesn't go under the bed as it is an empty space in the map.

App is automatically in French while my phone is in English and I speak Dutch. Nowhere you can change the language.

Newly bought explorer 575, but app can't communicate with the vacuum. After pairing the vacuum starts mapping the floor, but map can't be saved due to unknown error. After that you can't even start another mapping or anything as the vacuum does not react to start command. Unless support fixes app soon, I will take the product back to the retailer and never buy anything Rowena again.

The app is not working. It says "URL No Longer Exists" after installation, and you can use your robot only manually.
