Remote Control: You could control and operate the robot like the machine staying with you, once the robot is connected to App. Whether you are outside home or far away from the robot at home, you would locate the robot in the map, adjust the parameters, check out the cleaning schedule etc.
Device Information: With the App, you could explore the full functions of your robot, learn about the working status, get error or task messages, check the usage data of accessories etc.

Excellent! I have both the H14Pro wet/dry mop and the Aqua 10 complete roller robot vacuum. After replacing a shark wet/dry mop and an EUF robot vacuum with these two Dreame machines I have Zero regrets. Both devices work very well in my home keeping my 2 dogs/4 cats paw prints and fur off the floor effectively. Yes they are expensive, but to have a clean home, more free time, no back/shoulder ache, a good warranty and easily navigable app are worth every euro. If you have pets/kids, buy them!

App works pretty good once set up but was confusing to get some of the settings done as I wanted. In fact, it's still confusing at times if I want to make a change. Overall, it works pretty well once set up properly.

I have the L50 Ultra CE. The robot is brilliant and the app is also very easy to use. I only wish it had the option to hide / show carpets. For someone like me who wants to clean the house by removing the carpet once in a while. The problem is: It vacuums the carpet area even when the carpet is removed.

Voice controls are terrible. On the fly cleaning is also very bad. Skip tasks should be easier, there's no button or working voice command for it. Furniture has only 4 angles. You should be able to do diagonal sofa etc. lastly you should have matrix scanning and 3D map is a mess. Roborock is miles ahead on app features... creating scenes is very limited, only global cleaning, no options. Pre recognition failing to identify pet 80% of the time

Robot broke after 1 year. Completely non-functional. Dreame has now told me for 2 months that they are 'processing my warranty' to have it fixed, but still can't get any information on what is happening. Avoid this company.

The map constantly changes, the room borders keep changing randomly. Also, the robot vacuum machine sometimes trips over its own dock. When I put the cleaning mode in a room after covering the whole room, instead of going back to the dock, it breaks the border for that room and enters a different room. I believe the vacuum is completely dumb. The app optimization also sucks.
