Description
Through the App, you may not only access to advanced functions of your robot for your daily home floor cleaning, but also set up preferred cleaning zones and time as you like. Now you could do your home floor cleaning at your hand with the help of Dreamehome.
Remote Control: You could control and operate the robot like the machine staying with you, once the robot is connected to App. Whether you are outside home or far away from the robot at home, you would locate the robot in the map, adjust the parameters, check out the cleaning schedule etc.
Device Information: With the App, you could explore the full functions of your robot, learn about the working status, get error or task messages, check the usage data of accessories etc.
House Map: A cleaning map of your house will help your robot learn and understand the space of your home. By mapping, you could set up the cleaning task with the right rooms or areas for each cleaning task by Dreame robot.
Cleaning by special area: When only a special small area needs a quick cleaning right away, the function cleaning by special area is exactly the right thing for you.
No-Go Zone: If there is any area not to go for cleaning, a simple frame mark could give you a safe cleaning area.
Cleaning Schedule: Set up the cleaning day and time, even the zones as you preferred so that your robot works at the right time for the right zone.
Firmware OTA: OTA (Over The Air) technology will help you upgrade your robot software to the latest version. You would not miss any update from our continuous improvement and new function release.
Voice control: After you finishing signing up the App and adding your robot, your device may work with Amazon Alexa and Google Assistant by an connecting operation.

Device Sharing: One robot could be controlled among our family members by Device Sharing function via the App.

I've been using my Dreame robo vac for 6 months now. I had some serious issues within weeks of delivery of the first one...but it was replaced with a new one. I use my device regularly, and must say I am very happy with it. I clean behind furniture and unreachable corners manually and the robo does the rest. I recommend it for rooms with less furniture and enough space for the robo to move easily.

Overall, I am very satisfied with my Dreame L10s Ultra Robot Vacuum and Mop. It performs well and makes regular home cleaning much easier. Recently, the mops stopped rotating. During service, the mops were replaced and the issue was ultimately resolved to my satisfaction. The service experience was good overall. My only suggestion is to focus on identifying the root cause before replacing parts. Overall, I am happy with both the product and the service support.

I have the L50 Ultra CE. The robot is brilliant and the app is also very easy to use. I only wish it had the option to hide / show carpets. For someone like me who wants to clean the house by removing the carpet once in a while. The problem is: It vacuums the carpet area even when the carpet is removed.

Instead of having different categories for robot notifications, everything is miscellaneous, meaning if you want to have notifications about finished vacuum etc., you will get spammed with marketing notifications few times a week. Way to go dreame

Great when it was brand new. 4 months later . It drives me nuts with never finishing a clean. There is constantly maintenance issues that stop the vacuum completely a task

The multiple floors are a disaster. I select the second floor and start the program. When the robot is ready I pick it up to the second floor and se t the robot down. Then it seems te be fine until the mop needs cleaning then I bring it to the first floor. Then the program is lost.
