Very nice app for paying Gold loan interest and principal. It will be much if Loan opening date is shown in the details. Now it shows the loan amount, rate of interest, tenure etc. and a passbook too. But the loan starting date is missing.

Why no face or fingerprint login. This app always ask for pin to log in. It's hard to remember pin for all banking apps. Especially for old people. Add biometric login instead and provide an option to open without any security also. Even payment apps like paytm can be opened without pin. Why so much security. I am mostly using it signed out due to this issue.

“The navigation flow feels confusing and not very intuitive — it takes extra steps to move between sections. Also, the CAPTCHA appears twice, forcing users to click the submit button multiple times, which makes the login process frustrating and time-consuming.”
