Very nice app for paying Gold loan interest and principal. It will be much if Loan opening date is shown in the details. Now it shows the loan amount, rate of interest, tenure etc. and a passbook too. But the loan starting date is missing.

There are multiple bugs in this app, mainly for users using button navigation, sometimes options are rendered under the button navigation bar. For example while paying with axis Bank cash free payment method, "don't save and continue" option to proceed without saving the card was under the navigation bar, so I was unable to select that until I bubbled the app out to restrict the render area of the app.

No username recovery option. App says my phone number is already registered, but no option to retrieve my username using phone number or email address. There are other minor bugs as well, but none of these issues are present in the web app.

Unable to add email. Nable to register a complaint. Unable to submit feedback. Why are such options given in the app if it is just to throw errors? I need immediate support.

Why no face or fingerprint login. This app always ask for pin to log in. It's hard to remember pin for all banking apps. Especially for old people. Add biometric login instead and provide an option to open without any security also. Even payment apps like paytm can be opened without pin. Why so much security. I am mostly using it signed out due to this issue.
