I have spent hours trying to get an app to obtain an authentication code. When I could not do this I call customer service only to be met with an argumentative and obstructive woman. I agree with other users that this should be easier such as a test to my phone for instance. Very obstructive process.

It isn't giving me an option to just type in my freaking birthdate. It's giving me a calendar that I have to scroll back 40 years to get to my date. I have tried everything to get to a type in option. This is insane.

I can't even give it ONE star! It seems I have 2 logins. I can't get to the app that I used to have as a regular employee. Now it takes me to the website as a manager. WT Heck!!??? Can anyone figure this out!?? It's NOT an app. It's a LINK to the website. And the WRONG website for me. I'd love to just log in as an employee and get to MY personal stuff. GGGGRRRRRR!!!!!! Oh, wait..... I'm "forced" to give it one star, or I can't post this comment. JUUUUNNNNNNNK!!!!
