It looks to be a spoof of Waze Carpool down to the logo. There is no vetting that I could see. The only thing I found on here was for submitting your ID with zero incentive to do so. At least you'll know the name of your attacker. Least with Waze Carpool it's that they are already established. The company doesn't seem done any research or much of anything to set themselves apart from the other apps. So this rater found the app on remarkable & generic, perhaps violating the FTC guidelines.
