Our 3 Mitsubishi units do a great job in keeping our home cool and comfortable, very quiet and efficient. The Sumo app provides for remote access and ease of setting and adjusting temperature, very easy and simple to use. I highly recommend these Mitsubishi products. You won't be disappointed.

After the forced update to the comfort app (doesn't work properly at all) I was glad to find this legacy version of sumo cloud (which used to generally work). Now I can't log in to sumo cloud, and it doesn't tell me why. I know the password is correct

Crazy frustrating! Why can't a company the size and with the clout of Mitsubishi come up with an app that works? I paid huge money for this system for my 6,400 square foot home and I can't control the temperature. I went from Sumo to Comfort then back to Sumo because Comfort doesn't work (see it's 1.3 rating). I called Mitsubishi tech support and held for 30 minutes before finally selecting the option to get a call back. That was 3 days ago and no call back yet. I wish I could rip it all out.
