Description

A new version of the kumo cloud app called Comfort app is available in the Google Play store. This version of the kumo cloud app is available just to support the existing old PAC-WHS01WF-E adapters as they do not work with the new Comfort app. There’s a campaign already launched to help upgrade the PAC-WHS01WF-E adapters to the new hardware and the consumers have been contacted through email. Please upgrade the adapters to the PAC-USWHS002-WF-2 as soon as possible as the kumo cloud app will be decommissioned soon.

Our 3 Mitsubishi units do a great job in keeping our home cool and comfortable, very quiet and efficient. The Sumo app provides for remote access and ease of setting and adjusting temperature, very easy and simple to use. I highly recommend these Mitsubishi products. You won't be disappointed.

Crazy frustrating! Why can't a company the size and with the clout of Mitsubishi come up with an app that works? I paid huge money for this system for my 6,400 square foot home, and I can't control the temperature. I went from Sumo to Comfort then back to Sumo because Comfort doesn't work (see it's 1.3 rating). I called Mitsubishi tech support and held for 30 minutes before finally selecting the option to get a call back. That was 3 days ago and no call back yet. I wish I could rip it all out.

After the forced update to the comfort app (doesn't work properly at all) I was glad to find this legacy version of sumo cloud (which used to generally work). Now I can't log in to sumo cloud, and it doesn't tell me why. I know the password is correct

The app shows unit offline way too frequent when im trying to manage my home 2.5 hrs away...the unit is not offline...junk as it only works half of the time properly so frustrating
