Description
Simplified expense management for you and your company! Kvitto & Resa is designed to support businesses and organizations to simplify every step in expense management. All employees can easily create new expenses, mileages and daily allowances using the app. All information is stored safely with access from the browser and directly in the app. Through an administration interface, your company have the possibility to customize the app, adjust settings and send expense reports to financial systems. Email and digital receipts are easily sent to Kvitto & Resa, and just snap a photo of your paper receipt to create an expense.

Email receipts are sent on to kvitto@fortnox.se but Fortnox Kvitto & Resa also supports digital receipts that are sent directly from the store. Paper receipts are easily photographed and added manually in the app.

Prices were recently increased, yet I still can’t connect my Mastercard business credit card — which support says is “normal.” My Q3 report also disappeared, and support replied almost a month later. Apparently, support emails disappear too. In short: Terrible app and even more terrible support. Stay away from these buffoons.
