This is touted as a quick transfer service, but if something goes wrong and, God forbid, you need technical support they take between 1 and 2 days to respond. So, the fact that they deliver your money almost instantaneously counts for naught.

Hi, please there's an issue about the money I send, it's still not received. I tried to message the support chat, but it doesn't respond. The money might not too big for you but to me, it's big and my family really need it at the moment, that's why I'm in a hurry to receive it.
