I tried making my very first transfer using their promo rate, only for them to unexpectedly bounce the money back and blame it on an "incorrect routing number." I used the exact same banking information with Remitly, and it went through flawlessly. When I demanded to reinstate the promo rate since unsuccessful transfer, customer service gave me a completely brainless response: 'Sorry, it's only for the first transfer." They scam you out of your promo rate with fake errors and then refuse to honor

I am very disappointed with the customer service experience I had with Ria Money Transfer. Every time I contacted support, the verification process took an extremely long time—sometimes close to an hour. After that, I was told that a ticket would be submitted to the support team and that I would receive a response by email within a few hours. Unfortunately, I never received any follow-up, and my issue was never resolved. This level of customer support is unacceptable. My complaints were ignored

Felt tricked and terrible app. My transfer on promo code never processed. When I asked customer services they canceled transfer, saying use website instead of app, it shuts down when you go to bank app to verify payment, so a confession their app is rubbish. Then my promo rates were gone, when I asked customer service they said you have already used it on your 1st transfer which never happened because of their terrible app. Felt tricked and scammed. Will never use it again.
