There are a lot of complaints about the free version. They are all correct. But there I am one time, lifetime access option. That costs less than a month of smoking, so I paid that. The app does what it needs to do, but it's still your own hell to go through. I don't understand why there's xp to be made but ok, for some it might help. Been smoke-free for only 8 days but paying for the app actually helped my motivation. Good luck all

Kwit is a good app. It has information that makes you want to quit smoking. I smoked for so long that I never thought I could quit. But this app made me take the first step. And after failing so many times and relapsing, quit sure app's psychology method helped. Kwit's supportive feature always helped me when I was low. This was great.

Most health related goals are behind a paywall. After 3 days the only free ones are the ecology ones. There's almost no free content.

Free version is pointless. Everything is behind a paywall. I downloaded the app for the health Insights, but you only get three per category the rest are locked. After you get those (takes about a week) It's pretty pointless to keep the app. May as well use a count widget. No options for trackers who smoke with tobacco pouches. Gussed money saved and how many I smoked. Also, some peoples aim is to save money by quitting, spending on an app to track that is counterintuitive.

I uninstalled the app right away because I don't smoke cigarettes, I vape. In setting up the app, it asks how many cigarettes a day I smoke and doesn't give an option for vaping. I'd still like to know how much money I'd save, but it's too much math for me right now to convert vape hits to cigarettes.

The free version is counter-productive. It seems that a lot more effort went to motivating the user to subscribe to a paid tier instead if motivating them to quit smoking.
