App is lying. I stopped smoking, then smoked. I added it as an entry in the cravings, and marked it as having smoked. The dashboard still says I have been smoke-free since the start, which is clearly a lie. EDIT: Imagine telling the customer they are wrong in what makes sense to them or not. 😅🤦🤡

Unable to create an account. Checked every folder in my emails and just not receiving any confirmation links to create my account. This app had some great reviews, just wasn't able to use it so ill have to try another app. EDIT: Finally managed to receive an email after 30 mins waiting. But it won't let me confirm the account. Keep clicking the verify email link, but it's convinced im using a different device, and so I can't verify? So stressed I NEED A SMOKE. You won't be quitting with this app.

This app has helped me quit smoking, but its community safety is seriously inadequate. Users can be banned, yet there appear to be no robust safeguards against them returning under new accounts, and moderation is not always available when problems arise. In a smoking-cessation community, where users may already be vulnerable and struggling with relapse, safety cannot depend on office hours. The community needs stronger controls, faster moderation and proper protection for users.
