So helpful to track your quitting journey, and the peer support is helpful as well. I personally look at it every time I crave so that I can see how long it's been and remember that I don't want to do all of that time over again.

They cannot provide admin support at weekends. When you get abused and threatened on the smoke-free app, they blame you for snapping at a rude user and imply that you deserved it. They cannot resolve a technical issue for over 6 weeks and when you follow up to see or even make suggestions, they tell you that you are harrasing them. They cannot protect you from an abusive user. The only reason I still use it is because of the smoke-free community as I am desperate to stay smoke-free

Unable to create an account. Checked every folder in my emails and just not receiving any confirmation links to create my account. This app had some great reviews, just wasn't able to use it so ill have to try another app. EDIT: Finally managed to receive an email after 30 mins waiting. But it won't let me confirm the account. Keep clicking the verify email link, but it's convinced im using a different device, and so I can't verify? So stressed I NEED A SMOKE. You won't be quitting with this app.

App is lying. I stopped smoking, then smoked. I added it as an entry in the cravings, and marked it as having smoked. The dashboard still says I have been smoke-free since the start, which is clearly a lie. EDIT: Imagine telling the customer they are wrong in what makes sense to them or not. 😅🤦🤡
