So far so good, appearance is much more modern than the old one but am glad they kept the screens I use every day, like the hourly and 7-day forecasts. The radar is much nice and easier to read/use as well.

I like this app's info. I was considering replacing my weather channel app with it. I've had this NBC sound go off 5-6 times daily, that started around the time I installed this app. Ding, ding, dong but never a notification. No record of it dinging. IT WAS THIS APP MAKING THE NOISE. AND I CHECKED REVIEWS, IT HAS BEEN PART OF THE APP FOR OVER SEVEN YEARS!!! I dumped it...ah blessed silence. I do NOT recommend this app.

Unnoticed alert notifications. Rather than a nbc chime of other tone to draw your attention, it is a distant-muffled voice, if you hear it at all.

This used to be a good app displaying the info you needed with an easy navigation. Now it's slow to start, some pages like the traffic map are broken most of the time. If it's not broken don't fix it!

The new format is not an improvement. It is not as straight forward and easy to see as the old format. There is too much information when you first open the app. With the old format, you saw immediately the basic info you wanted without all the clutter. Current temperature, the forecast for today and tomorrow, and then you could dig deeper if you wanted.
