The L&N app allows me to easily check my accounts, transfer money, pay bills & do so much more. It is like having a mini branch available for me 24/7 at the touch of my hands. Having accounts for my children @L&N allows me to INSTANTLY send money to their accounts for emergencies allowing me a sense of security & peace of mind. As a rule this is a good app; however, today it WILL NOT let me make mobile deposits. I have done this many times in the past with a hickup every now and then. Today, after 6 attempts, nothing. As soon as I take the picture of the front of the check I am kicked out and forced to log in again and start all over. I call support and was told that they could not see any log of where I gad signed in. Told me to delete the app and try again. I did, same results. Frustrating. I'm using a Samsung.

Old update made it bad new update made it worse. Now they want you to download a second app as an authenticator. So you have to open the authenticator app, get authentic, then let it open your bank app within that app, only to use your fingerprint anyway.... let me guess an engineer designed it????
