In addition, PLAY features new challenges and badges, the much-loved leaderboards and your personal statistics in one completely revamped, user-friendly view. This season, the SHOP is more versatile, personalized and appealing than ever, with new products ranging from tickets to merchandise. The SHOP also supports search, so if you can book it on the app, you can also search for it!

Wanna quickly check the open lifts, weather forecast and Q-alert cams? EXPLORE contains all the information you need for a perfect day on the mountain. New, intuitive, quick links give you access to all that essential live information with just one click. Also, from the EXPLORE home, swipe up to view all the content that has been specifically curated and personalized for you in your newsfeed. Whether it’s a bank, bakery or burger you’re looking for, you can now use the search in EXPLORE to learn the ins and outs of the destination. Find the restaurants you’re looking for and while you’re at it, reserve a table or order your meal with Mobile Ordering and pay with your LAAX points. Additionally, search is a great way to explore the benefits of the new digital guest card! Our insider tip: use the search to quickly jump to your favourite functions like skier stats or vertical meters.
SHOP for your ultimate mountain experience
The shop has been redesigned to showcase the best deals on lift tickets and unique experiences available only in Laax. Find the perfect lift ticket for you, manage your keycards and head up the mountain in an easier and faster check-out flow than ever before. In addition to paying with a credit card, you can make purchases with TWINT or redeem LAAX points in exchange for select items. Take a look and discover the range of products from Blueline Upgrades to the E-Shuttle.

PLAY delivers you a reimagined playground to guarantee ultimate bragging rights and unforgettable memories to share over après-drinks. To start your personal LAAX adventure, simply link your keycard to the app and head up the hill. Collect all the badges, rack up skier days and climb the ranks on the leaderboard to be the king of the hill, all the while filling up your account with LAAX points. You can redeem the points you collect for exclusive offers directly in the app. The new PLAY map summarizes the runs from your entire season for an overview of awesomeness. Now all that’s left for you to do is to place ahead of your friends on the leaderboards, day after day - easy, right?

Best user experience I've had in a long time. Was looking for a vegan restaurant and got matches (which I did not expect tbh) within two clicks. The map inside the app is a big plus and has very nice features. Data is super accurate and up to date. Never had any issues with this app - great job 💪

Good, few improvements are required. It is not intuitive how to add a card on a person when buying a ticket. The card on the profile is not taken into account. The full report doesn't have the slope number. On the plus side: The map is high resolution. Loads fast. Lifts show the times they operate. Purchases are fast.

The most annoying process to buy a ski ticket. User experience ia really bad. With the prices they charge for tge tickets I expect better.

There is no skiing slope map in the app that would show currently open slopes properly. It takes ages to find anything skiing related, in peak skiing season!! On the website the map is a general activity map and Laax doesn't have a proper skiing only map. What?! Reto and the Laax leadership like to believe they are digital leaders in digital infrastructure yet allow laughable shortcomings like this. Arosa, Andermatt, Davos all do skiing information 100 times better. The app is a joke.

Be very careful not to (accidentally) book more than one ticket on the same physical card, as you won't get any notification or warning if you do and will have to pay 5 CHF to re-book the second. Super slow. Should provide detailed lift operating hours.
