Won't connect to my Samsung S21 5G. Edit 3/25/2022. Labrador tech support really did help with my connection problem. Now I get good function with only an occasional Bluetooth connection loss. This is a much better app than the old one. There is still room for improvement though. Edit 11/6/2023 I've updated to the September 2023 version and latest firmware. Bluetooth is still dropping the connection on my S21 5G. Additionally, why can't I start a new string on the Labrador itself without restart

What I found with either my iPad Mini 5 or Android phone is I need to turn on the Bluetooth search function and then select done before it connects. Now with the device having the Bluetooth on but no longer searching for a device to connect to I can now turn on the Labrador and the communications work perfectly with no disconnects. IF you ever let it connect by mistake you may need to uninstall the app and reinstall again. Don't ask me why because I'm not the developer.

11/29/2022-- (Samsung S21 FE 5G phone) This update FIXED the Bluetooth connection!! Last update about a week or so earlier somehow wrecked my Bluetooth connection, and I was frustrated. I was glad to see the quick response from the Labrador team with a fresh update when I got home from work today, stating that the update resolved Android 12 BT issue and app crash issue. THANK YOU guys and gals!!!!!!! I'm glad to get this resolved 😊 *Labrador for the win 🏆 🙌

Love the app now that I figured how to get it to connect to my Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra. Just one thing that needs to be corrected: When I create a new series, the creation date is off by 1 month. I created one on Thursday, July 14th 2022 but the date shown on the app is Sunday, August 14th 2022. It is very confusing when I try to compare them to my reloading log books. Thanks

Useless app. Does not connect via Bluetooth either with android or IOS. Removing app from phone and will not recommend Labrador for a chronograph.

Another Android user suffering with Bluetooth. Time and time again I am dissatisfied at the range. Love the unit, hate I cannot connect. Firmware is up-to-date, latest app downloaded.... My sig binos will connect, my kestrel will connect, my autotrickler will connect....my BBQ will even connect... So why on earth will the Labrador still not connect!!
