I use Lateran frequently because I don't drive. I enjoy the courteous drivers and clean buses.

One of the great advantages of living in Lake County Ohio. Goes all over including VA hospital and into Cuyahoga County. Drivers very respectful and helpful. 5 Stars.

Lake Tran is a transportation service that defeats any transportation service in Ohio for its residents. It gives their seniors a convenient a safe way to travel. THANk YOU, Lake Tran we appreciate you and the services you provide in making our lives a bit easier and safe. ❤️❤️❤️❤️😘😘😘
This app is so incredibly unreliable I was at a booth near a stop looking at the bus on the real time map, and it said it was 2 miles away, and I see the bus pass my stop and there's a booth across the street from a stop that on the app was also a stop and the bus saw me and went past because there wasn't a pole showing to stop

Runtime error still persisting in real-time map despite bus drivers reporting that the gps tracking has been fixed

The times of arrival for buses keeps changing. I waited for one and the times changed 3 times and was almost an hour late, past the route schedule. I can't wait ti start driving again.
