You can never get to Lorain County jobs and family services or the Lorain County transit station. Literally useless. Quite literally can't go anywhere because demand is "high". Cheap transportation for the cost of never being able to go anywhere you actually need to.

I scheduled two different trips this morning for my daughter to get to school. The 1st one they turn down the wrong street as my 14-year-old daughter watch them. Then the 2nd time I was in the phone with her, and they never even came. The worse I've ever seen

For a cheap ride every now and then, via lc works. For a ride you can depend on, via lc is absolutely awful. Lately it's been nearly impossible for me to get a ride early in the morning or in the afternoon. I'd keep getting denied rides over and over again, making it extremely difficult to get where I need to go. If you're going somewhere and don't have a ride back, DON'T DEPEND ON VIA LC. Also, I lost something in the car and never got it back, so don't expect your stuff notto get stolen if left
