I have to update my rating to 5-star ad it works excellently using Google Maps or history to find your pet or child

The device works great so far, I only miss the ability to export a gpx file from the location history. It would be great if you could add this.
★★★★★Pavel Vydra· Oct 15, 2019
Great and responsive app. Compatible with LAMAX WatchY2 and LAMAX GPS Locator

Do not know, how to activate remote eavesdropping.
★☆☆☆☆Michaela· May 17, 2025
I don't think I've ever used a worse device. App is not intuitive or user-friendly. The location of the device shown some 200 km away while I'm clearly holding it in my hand. Going to return it and never get anything from Lamax again. Waste of money.
★☆☆☆☆Tomáš Ostranský· Apr 24, 2026
From the beginning the location sharing was inaccurate in the application (+-10 km). Then it stopped updating completely. Removing watch from account did not help and factory reset of watch is not possible (invalid reset link). Tried everything possible, still not solved. Currently only calling works. App is useless. Not buying any Lamax product again.

The application kiss terrible design. It doesn't work. Voice messages are broken, GPS tracking accuracy is hit or miss.
★☆☆☆☆Tanya Peska· Aug 9, 2022
Not able to block incoming calls. Did the steps as in manual, but basically anyone can call my kid.... Nice work.........
