Very useful - integrates well with the car and with the web version, set up your route at breakfast and the car is ready to go. It is the same as the Here WeGo app; some reviews have commented that it does not show maps. If you have Here on the cellphone you must uninstall it first, then install LR Route Planner, then reinstall Here. Unfortunately you need both apps to get the foot/public transport options of the Here version, it is a pity that one app can't serve all functions.

Not sure what has changed but unable to download offline maps to phone so not much use now... why can't JLR sort out their apps. Very poor

As with a lot of others, no matter what I did it would not recognize username or password when trying to log into app. I have however found a fix after days of trying! Make sure you phone is not connected to you vehicle via android auto etc. Connect vehicle to a Wi-Fi connection or tether to phone. Register a new account on the vehicle but use same details as Land Rover Remote App.... Verify you email. For me finally success. Wish you the same!

Vehicle GPS and phone GPS locate car to within a few feet however app has vehicle parked 80mile away from true location so route planning of little use!

Worked for a few months, now the car location doesn't update, and it doesn't send locations to the car. So it is useless. Shocking that there is no engagement from Land Rover to fix this. It seems a common problem.
