I'm being generous with 4 stars, for the potential of the app. 3 or 3.5 is more appropriate as it stands. The app is always slow, VERY slow, and occasionally wonky. (A short-cut to the remote start would be nice, but I get the authentication has to come first.)

The latest app update has drastically improved the look and feel of interface. Can you add a battery voltage check to the app? Would be really great if you could see battery voltage and get a warning if it drops too low.

Works most of the time, but there are two issues. Sometimes it won't talk to the car - meaning either it still thinks the car is miles away or you can't actually control things. Despite what the support email bot says, it doesn't include the JLR Charging stuff (unlike the iPhone version which I use on my iPad - but I don't usually have my iPad in my shirt pocket when I'm driving).

The remote start barely works for my vehicle. I've owned my Range Rover for months, and I've gotten the remote start to three times.

Only works about 50% of the time. I would give it 0 stars if I could. A $175 CAD subscription for a "luxury" vehicle that doesn't work when you really need it to is extremely frustrating! I live in Canada, where a lot of winter mornings you can't even get your car door open without being able to start it remotely, to warm up and thaw out. My next vehicle will not be an LR, mostly because of the unreliability and cost of this useless app.
