I'm being generous with 4 stars, for the potential of the app. 3 or 3.5 is more appropriate as it stands. The app is always slow, VERY slow, and occasionally wonky. (A short-cut to the remote start would be nice, but I get the authentication has to come first.)

The latest app update has drastically improved the look and feel of interface. Can you add a battery voltage check to the app? Would be really great if you could see battery voltage and get a warning if it drops too low.

If I could give this zero stars I would. Looking at all the reviews and my current experience there is no updates or support provided. The amount of errors and request fails on this app would be almost comical, if we didn't pay so much for the vehicle.

The journeys haven't updated since Feb 5th so the app thinks the car has not been used and the remote started doesn't work because it thinks the car is in sleep mode.

Absolutely atrocious app. Needs sign-in every time (what's the point?), slow as a sloth, and "guardian mode" is triggered by your own self, with no way to enable it till the next unlock. Shameful work by JLR.

Since latest update the app can only show details for one car even though two are registered, range doesn't update and guardian mode shows set for both cars when it's only enabled on one car.

Not reliable since last update. Recently keep getting instant 'request failed' when trying to use climate control for defrosting the car, the error shows even instantly before it has time to connect, so presumably the App is the problem. The climate shortcut on the homepage gets stuck 'requesting'. Door unlock takes forever. Now permanently shows in 'sleep mode' and 'driving'. Tried deleting data/cache, reinstalled the app but made no difference. Checked all phone settings. Same problem on iPhone.
