Works most of the time, but there are two issues. Sometimes it won't talk to the car - meaning either it still thinks the car is miles away or you can't actually control things. Despite what the support email bot says, it doesn't include the JLR Charging stuff (unlike the iPhone version which I use on my iPad - but I don't usually have my iPad in my shirt pocket when I'm driving).

The latest app update has drastically improved the look and feel of interface. Can you add a battery voltage check to the app? Would be really great if you could see battery voltage and get a warning if it drops too low.

I'm being generous with 4 stars, for the potential of the app. 3 or 3.5 is more appropriate as it stands. The app is always slow, VERY slow, and occasionally wonky. (A short-cut to the remote start would be nice, but I get the authentication has to come first.)

Absolutely atrocious app. Needs sign-in every time (what's the point?), slow as a sloth, and "guardian mode" is triggered by your own self, with no way to enable it till the next unlock. Shameful work by JLR.

The remote start barely works for my vehicle. I've owned my Range Rover for months, and I've gotten the remote start to three times.

Was told to take car to dealer for software update. $248 to just "look" at car and a VERY shoddy wash, it still does not work. Needs more time to inspect different "things" at 248 @ hr. Nothing like getting scammed out of money. My remote start won't work. States inactive, which is not true. Thinks about starting, thinks, thinks, thinks and thinks some more than fails! Frustrating! And my dealer is no help! Pitiful. Fast-forward to today. Stupid me renewed. Sitting in house, app says im driving
