Starting working with Landing in Nashville, absolutely loved it, Nashville keeps your busy in the gig economy! Then I was able to work in Memphis when I moved back home, they were just starting out in the city, so the jobs seemed like they were all mine. Now I'm in Houston area and for some reason the app seems to only send me jobs from Nashville, I might see one small job from Houston in a matter of 2 weeks. I'm missing out on opportunities because of this market glitch! So I gave it 4 stars.

So far the app has performed as expected. The job details are very easy to follow. Any issues are address quickly in chat by support staff. They Rock! Notifications are posted daily. So my action to claim a job immediately when posted is key followed with good time management from start to finish. I guess you can say it's a competitive market amongst all us Landing Host. After seeing ads showing $50 per hour, part-time, up to $950 per week, I am really bummed to have been misled. In order to apply to Landing, you have to complete training modules that took about an hour. After being accepted as a Landing Host, there are only THREE available jobs in the Denver area, and they average $18-$25 per hour. For cleaning high-end homes that charge upwards of $3,500 monthly and then providing your own transportation & supplies, I am appalled that the wage is so low.

Same issue as the previous review. Was getting tons of jobs showing up, but no PEX card to use. But when I did get the card and claimed jobs, they said I have claimed the job, but then disappeared from my view. Then it always said no jobs available. Then I had emails on my personal email account with a door code to the assignment. But the job I claimed didn't show up anywhere on my app with the address or job details. So now they have deactivated me for not doing a job I claimed.

I have not been paid for the last two jobs and was kicked off the platform because the Salt Lake City area manager is incompetent and doesn't know how to install an apartment. My cleaning has been nothing short of impeccable but bc I notified the help desk through the app to let them know that she had arranged the bedroom furniture in a way that made no sense I'm kicked off and then not paid for my work. Contacted area managers, and they didn't have the guts to tell me what the problem was
