Very stress and drama-free living. My roommates are very courteous. Just a few things like maintenance requests that have been yet to be fixed since I've lived here which has been 5 weeks. Overall a very good experience and I would suggest to anyone who is looking for reduction in rent and distress free environment. Kudos to pad split

Honestly pad split ended up being exactly what I needed, and I happened to learn about it exactly when I needed it. Luckily enough I have very respectful pad mates and overall it's a great app in my opinion. I just wish I was able to see my room before I had to commit to it. That's the only downside that I have experienced in the three months that I've been living here.

They make threats 😭 against you as a pad split customer when they have not even talked to the host about the move out and everything to see if there is agreement to move out with the customer they just put out several threats against me anything the company is really a bad company I would not move in with them or use them to provide yourself housing they are a very bad company they have not done anything about anything that I have when I have put multiple calls in letting them

Padsplit is trash. The hosts suck. You guys need some serious oversight. I wouldn't recommend this to anyone

It appears the app was upgraded because the landing page changed. Since the upgrade, I have been unable to access the app 9 out of 10 attempts. Not only myself, but also other people in the house. SMH.

I have made my place available as a host through their website when I heard about pad split. I installed the app to find out it doesn't even open to the main page. It stays stuck on the loading screen once the app is open.
