Very stress and drama-free living. My roommates are very courteous. Just a few things like maintenance requests that have been yet to be fixed since I've lived here which has been 5 weeks. Overall a very good experience and I would suggest to anyone who is looking for reduction in rent and distress free environment. Kudos to pad split

The idea of this app makes alot of sense and everyone has their own experience. Here is mine... Nearly all the exchange of information including my financial information were wrong. Trash day wrong. Wi-Fi wrong. Getting into my room wrong. Another person was in there and took me 2 days to get it sorted out. Both the roommates I stayed with didn't do anything as fas as chores. I gave up. I am not your mom. Again the idea is cool but It's still roommates and ppl don't do what they are supposed to

Honestly pad split ended up being exactly what I needed, and I happened to learn about it exactly when I needed it. Luckily enough I have very respectful pad mates and overall it's a great app in my opinion. I just wish I was able to see my room before I had to commit to it. That's the only downside that I have experienced in the three months that I've been living here.

Great idea but need to look into their host and how they keep property. Host not providing all services they list down they had. And one keeps chickens in cage but are not being well-kept so sitting outside was uncomfortable due to smell and dead chicken. Host let you keep stuff on property just to find out they're the one taking it with no contact to the original owner. Rats was also i problem in house. The Host will call ask questions make an assumption and assuming that's what you are doing.

Padsplit IS AWFUL. ALL they do is take your money, and do nothing for. The" hosts" are terrible and not held accountable. They have an F RATING WITH THE BBC !! Run FAR, FAR AWAY DO NOT BELIEVE WHAT THEIR ANSWER IS BELOW PRESPLIT IS AWFUL TRY BUNGALOW, OR SPARE ROOM
