So far so good. I worried about co living, but my housemates are calm cool and collected just like me. Reminds me of dorm room living but everyone actually cleans up after themselves.

Very stress and drama-free living. My roommates are very courteous. Just a few things like maintenance requests that have been yet to be fixed since I've lived here which has been 5 weeks. Overall a very good experience and I would suggest to anyone who is looking for reduction in rent and distress free environment. Kudos to pad split

DO NOT USE THIS APP. YOUR MONEY WILL GO MISSING FROM THIS APP AND CUSTOMER SUPPORT IS USELESS. They only care for hosts. Tenants have no rights at all. They will double charge you different fees, and you will never win any disputes cuz the team who takes care of disputes is actually called HOST ADVOCATE TEAM (not tenants advocates), even if your host harrasing and discriminate against you. The initial 3 months commitment is a trap, cuz everyone leaves after

I tried to report a landlord who was an alcoholic with screenshots. The landlord gave a bad review, and you would think with proof Pad split would remove that bad review but nope. They side with the landlord every time and bad reviews stay on your account even if they're lies. So It's impossible to rent another room Because another landlord sees those bad reviews. Better to use spare room or roomies, or you could be on the street for reporting your landlord with no way to move to another room.
