An example of absolutely terrible UX/UI. You have to figure out the points system, even though you just want to swap apartments (and this obvious function, given the app's name, is completely unintuitive). Then, it's impossible to find out who has added your home to their favs. Some users have a calendar with available dates, while others don’t. Indeed: open the app after adding your home and now try to edit it—you won’t be able to find it. Why showing locations that r unavailable during y visit

We've enjoyed a number of guests and visits through Home Exchange and find it generally a very helpful app through which to search and communicate. However, if you need to communicate with HE, good luck! Home Exchange set the value of our home at 243 guest points per night. I raised that to 273, which was my right, because we wished to entertain fewer requests. Home Exchange UNILATERALLY, WITHOUT CONSULTATION dropped the value to 181 guest points and has given me no reason for that change.
