The Holiday Swap App is easy to use. I logged in with Google easily. It is a one-stop shop which makes it very innovative. By going through the App one would want to travel with urgency, you see the possibility of themselves travelling, get support in planning the travel, and comfortably settle in the destination with no surprises in the surrounding. The collaborations are everything every traveler would want. Travel affordably and best deals. My best travel App!

The app is not working, it's lagging all the time. It did not even let me sign in, and it sends me like 4 emails to verify my email address and none of them worked. The concept is really good but if you guys don't have a serious platform you will never go anywhere. You need to invest in these things, everything moves with tech now and I beautiful app with everything needed and of curse user-friendly it is the best for your business, I'm sure you will prevail.

These guys are just trying to be an airbnb alternative. It's not a platform for mutual accommodation exchange at all. Don't bother with it.

Awful! Last year, I paid for a 4 night stay but the host never responded. HS credited my account with tokens, but they told me "please allow us time to review new postings" - WHY IS THERE NO APPROVAL PROCESS BEFORE IT GOES PUBLIC?! This year, I can't even access those tokens which I was told would not expire. I tried contacting Holiday Swap like 4 x to fix my sign-in problem, so I could access my tokens. They used to send automated confirmation emails but apparently not anymore. Still no reply!
