Giving this app another attempt to find a good roommate. Let's see how it goes 2023 currently November 25 searching for a stable roommate. I've found a roommate on spare Room once before. This app has custom settings ie: Males preferred. LGBT household. Search6 area you choose. Lots of settings. It's flexible and affordable. I recommend this Roommate house share App👍

This app had the most straightforward and easy approach to renting a room. Their platform was completely user-friendly and made posting an ad virtually effortless within one week I had someone coming to look at the room within 2 weeks I had experienced three inquiries and by the third week I was deactivating the ad. I highly recommend Spare Room US, great job guys, keep up the great work!

The app was easy to use, and I found a tenant in less than a week.

Horrible customer services. I paid for a misleading service which was meant to let me contact other listings, and it was useless. I could have paid the same price and actually gotten what I was looking to get if I wasn't misled, and customer service refused to help me with this. I paid the same amount of money for nothing.

The demise of Craigslist is terrible. Nobody is posting any good jobs there anymore, so we have this scam site called Indeed where employers and employees are disincentivized from connecting. Fewer are buying stuff Craigslist, so we have this scam site called Offer Up where YOU pay for buyers to see what ur selling. Roommate-finding is being consumed this app: I had my email hacked for the first time and the room I found stole my money and vanished. CAN EVERYONE PLEASE GO BACK TO CRAIGSLIST?!?

Signed up with the app to rent out two rooms. They asked me for copies of my title and deed of my house. Good way to get scammed and defrauded out of your house. Don't do it protect yourself!!!
