This has been a very helpful APP to keep my health on an upper level. It helps me keep on track with my food intake, my exercise time, my blood pressure. A couple of things that I believe needs to be different is how to be able to respond to the Coach, not the preset responses that they already have put in to where you can't put your own in. The other is to be able to put in your actual exercise, Row Machine, Elliptical, ect. It has been good to keep track of my daily routine.

Total garbage. The app and the scale. Thank goodness it was free. I'd be pissed had I paid for a scale that gives 3 different weights within 5 minutes with a 6 pound difference, an app that's completely inoperable. Get what you pay for I guess. Should have known something free from any insurance would have been total junk.

I HATE this app. I got an email from my health insurance company to join for free fitbit. Over a year later, no Fitbit. What an awful bait and switch scam. Food logging with this app is a complete joke -- by far the worst I've ever seen. "Coaching" is completely useless, and it doesn't even show me more than 4 weeks of history for my weight, (and even many of those are missing) even though I have used the special scale daily for over a year now.

You shouldn't be forced to download/use multiple apps just to use this app. After downloading Lark, you're forced to download/use Health Connect, Samsung Health, or whatever other app it forces you to use. But hey...thanks for the free scale.
