Lark is very helpful in keeping track of your weight, eating habits, activity and blood pressure. It is user-friendly and makes you more aware of healthy choices.

This has been a very helpful APP to keep my health on an upper level. It helps me keep on track with my food intake, my exercise time, my blood pressure. A couple of things that I believe needs to be different is how to be able to respond to the Coach, not the preset responses that they already have put in to where you can't put your own in. The other is to be able to put in your actual exercise, Row Machine, Elliptical, ect. It has been good to keep track of my daily routine.

This app is useless. I can't connect my Samsung health, it only allows fitbit. So I have to manually enter my food & activity. Which wouldn't be that big of a deal, except 90% of the time it doesn't work. Your big feature is AI, but it's pretty lame and worse off you can't truly interact with it, it gives you respond prompts. I don't know how much my employer pays for this, but it can't be worth it, and I've let them know to look into this further. I would look at others & get some ideas.

Total garbage. The app and the scale. Thank goodness it was free. I'd be pissed had I paid for a scale that gives 3 different weights within 5 minutes with a 6 pound difference, an app that's completely inoperable. Get what you pay for I guess. Should have known something free from any insurance would have been total junk.

Was this vibe-coded by a 12-year-old over a long weekend? I installed Lark primarily to track my meals. Big mistake. To enter a meal, you have to give the app a description, which it then interprets, parsing it out into ingredients and quantities. And, when it invariably gets that wrong, you have no way of editing the resulting info. It's either leave it as-is, or delete and try again. And, if you're lucky, it'll default to today's date instead of, say, last week or last month.
