Very disappointed with the service today (24 Sept 2025). I booked 2 tickets from Siem Reap to Phnom Penh, departure 1:15 PM, with clear notes: pickup at Strung, Romping Thom and 2 seats together in the front (as we get bus sick). But when I called customer service around 2 PM, they seemed unaware of my request. Our front seats were not kept, and instead we were given seats at the back, separated from each other. This is not what I booked and not acceptable service.

This app does not install on a Pixel 7 Pro. It says the phone doesn't meet the "security specifications"?????

They cancel your trip 2 hours before you're planned to leave. If you don't answer their call when they try to call you (because you work, or you are busy), they don't text...they just put you on one of the following trips. And when you try to contact Customer Service...noone replies. Terrible company. I checked on BookMeBus other trips for the same time, and my original trip with Larry ta was still there but fully booked. I do not understand...that's terrible.
