The latest update doesn't work for either Android or specifically Samsung smartphones. The bottom menu bar of the phone is overlaying the App, so you can't access any of the design features under it. My projects are taking ages because when I Smart Crop or Magic Erase, the tick is under the phone menu bar, so I can't click it to confirm.

Broken. Absolutely will not communicate with my Laser pecker product and their "support" seems to be an outsourced chatbot. There's a good likelihood of your product getting bricked because of this broken app.

Please bring back the basic lp app! It was quick, easy to use and efficient. It would take about 30s for it laser my design. The design space app is terrible, its controls are annoying, and it takes about 7 mins to do a tiny design.

Unable to use on Samsung S25 Ultra as most of the options and confirmation buttons are now hidden underneath the Android home button bar

This app just functions horribly. Bugs and buttons that don't work and no instructions. Please fix the scaling of the app to work on new devices, most of the buttons are cut off or not visible with no way to scroll to them and click effectively rendering this app useless. I spent 2k on an engraver with literally no mobile software support. Very disappointed.
