Overall, great app. I borrowed a Laserpecker2 from a friend and was up and running in minutes. The app is not flawless, however. The worst design decision is the highlight color yellow, which has bad contrast anyway, and is almost invisible if you have the safety goggles on (as you should). How do you expect me to press small yellow text when I can hardly see it through the lense tint? IMHO if you have to keep the color, please put a dark background for contrast, so I can read the yellow text.

UPDATE YOUR SOFTWARE! IT crashes or freezes when phone goes to sleep, I have to restart my phone every time to use the app again, annoying and waste of time

No reason you ppl need all my data and precise location. Would never have bought this thing had I known the terms of using the apps, since I don't have cell service or Wi-Fi in my shop. I'll be sure to update my Amazon review

So far I have been trying to install this app for 2 days it keeps asking for a 6 figure code, so I send it my email address as requested, but it does not send me the code!!!. Very frustrating...there is nothing worse than poor software... So far I have lots of cool looking metal on my bench...doing nothing. If I am doing something wrong I can't see it. Nothing on YouTube re this app

Great hardware! Horrible software. Man, I wish Laser Pecker would spend money (say, on Fiverr??) to hire someone to polish this software to make it usable. Entering text to print or manipulating images is a nightmare. It works, but it should be as elegant as the device itself.

This is another example when they focus on hardware, but then they expend 0 in software. This sucks in so many levels. If your phone goes to sleep (screen time out) will disconnect the printer and won't connect again, so you loose control of the printing (glad that the print does not depend on the phone once it started) Glitches everywhere. Can't save. Can't add fonts. You search for the printer, software will connect but printer still shows "Unconnected" you tap and will say "Disconnected" .....
