Like the game but ur rates are abysmal. I have never played a gacha where u can do 250 pulls over several banners and not get 1 banner character. This game is BS for pulling on without boatloads of money. 61 pulls on collab banner wasted after the last 190 on other banners and NO I should NOT have to do 250 pulls on one banner to get a character as that's also BS. even FGO has better luck than this.

Originally, my issues were solely premium currency being almost solely locked to the story and app crashing frequently. But unfortunately, I can't look at this game the same. I uninstalled the game for space reasons and lost my account entirely. I have the link code, but no way to recover the password. Months gone, all the recent units from seventh aniv to the current banners gone and much more. It's disgusting how these games refuse to add account linking to google.

You guys need to fix the summoning bug during a battle. Been having to restart fights 2-3 times because it freezes on white screen after summoning...
