Last Done

Remember the maintenance that keeps everyday life running.

Last Done is a local-first tracker for vehicle service, home maintenance, filters, tanks, appliances, gas cylinders, and personal routines. Create a task once, record each completion, and see what is due without creating an account. Core tracking remains available offline.

TRACK BY TIME OR USAGE

Set a task to repeat after a number of days, after kilometres, hours, or cycles, or when either threshold is reached.

SEE WHAT NEEDS ATTENTION

The timeline groups recurring work into due, upcoming, and on-track states. Reports summarize completion activity and task categories.

KEEP A USEFUL HISTORY

Record completions, usage readings, and optional notes. Each task keeps its own maintenance history.

LOCAL REMINDERS

Enable reminders for individual tasks. Last Done schedules Android notifications for due dates and reevaluates usage-based tasks when you update their current reading.

MAKE IT YOURS

Choose light, dark, or system appearance, select from eight color palettes, or use Material You dynamic colors on supported Android devices.

PRIVATE BY DESIGN

Your maintenance records stay in the app's private storage on your device and are not sent to the advertising provider. Last Done includes a Google AdMob banner, which uses network access and processes advertising, interaction, diagnostic, and device information as described in the privacy policy.

Recent changes:
Last Done is now easier to use at a glance. Task filters are clearer, selected options and active navigation stand out, empty states offer better guidance, and layouts adapt more reliably to dark mode, narrow screens, and larger text.
