Where's it gone? Disappeared from the list of dolphin extensions so it no longer works. Was great but now useless.

I paid for premium and it's not in Dolphin at all. I paid for this and it's not available. Last Pass is not anywhere in Dolphin. I want my money back!

Security risk After the last update, LastPass no longer logs out when closing Dolphin nor will it time out. Support "reported" this to the developers and suggested I use the browser in LastPass. Lame answer and poor support. Bleh

No Longer Works After recent Dolphin browser update, this LastPass plugin is no longer working or showing in the main add-in list. It is still on the 2nd-level Dolphin plugin list, but "Detail" doesn't work. LastPass itself will work if you select the Lastpass Keyboard as the input method, field by field. Not nearly as convenient as before - am I doing somethong wrong with this plugin? [Lastpass itself still seems to work OK with Chrome.]
