it's not running! I tried opening it numerous times, but it says connect to Internet even though my Internet was running smoothly!

I downloaded this app to prepare for the LAT, but it does not work at all. Every time I open it, it just keeps loading and says “connect to internet”, even though my phone is on a fast 20 Mbps Wi-Fi. I have tried uninstalling, reinstalling, and clearing the cache, but nothing fixes it. Because of this, I am giving it 1 star. If the developers fix this issue and the app starts working, I will happily update my review
