Was hacked, assured that I would have a new card at the branch made for me, got to the branch and was told that I would have to wait 6 months for a new card. I withdrew money to survive and the bank teller said "ya know that's not going to close your account," between this red tape and the attitude I've gotten trying to make things right and just get a card I would never recommend this bank

This is one of the most inconvenient financial apps I have ever used.In regards to Launch credit union it better to call or go to the bank. It impossible to change your address on the app.It is nearly impossible to use Belle. I have just started using Belle on another financial app. As far as my address it doesn't matter any more. I get direct deposit anyway 05/30/2024 I ❤️ Launch FCU bank and employees.However, due to the system being down I can not unlock my card. The system is always down

Account alerts do not generally go through unless I open the app then suddenly I got a dozen of alerts if it's been some time since I last opened app, this also includes alerts sent by email not helpful when you want to make sure no one else is accessing accounts
