There should be an option of toll usage history. This option should have a toll usage time stamp, toll gate accessed (Lekki-Ikoyi/Lekki-Epe 1), initial balance, toll charge, new balance, access means (sticker/e-tag) This shows transparency in billing and one can easily know if he's been over charged. There should also be an instant messager on the app for queries and enquiries (the backend of this can be outsourced to a customer service company) with ability to receive and resolve issues.

I find it hard to believe this application undergoes basic test... 1. When registering for eTag, the email address field brings up numeric keyboard. 2. When uploading license and id card, the license image upload to both id card and license preview. 3. When Id card image is snapped, it does not reflect on the id card image preview
